Ok...so I'm 37. Since I can't roll back time...and I don't have a few million EP to spend on a time manipulation power...I guess I am out of luck. Either way I would sure love to write like Mr. Walters. I think his You Gotta Have Character articles in DH are just great and they keep getting better.
Initially my reaction was not good. I kept thinking that the articles were long and not that useful for most Hero players. Then the articles started adding more information on how the arch-type defined by the historical character under discussion can be integrated into your game. In fact the article in DH#9 might be his best in this regard! Buy the issue in April and prove me wrong! :cool: I started playing around with it in my Champs campagin and it worked GREAT!
Anyway...thought I would send out some kuddos. :)
I also want to thank Dave M. For the folks not involved in DH you may not have an idea how much effort it takes to be the Editor on DH. Just as a writer for 1 article I can see the work he does to make this sucker ROCK! With the release of issue 9 that will be over 500 pages of Hero goodness. Ah...ain't life grand... :D
