View Full Version : Michigan - Southfield to Dearborn

Work in Southfield, live in Dearborn (in the shadow of Ford) but willing to drive a little if needed.

Unfortunately, I can't GM. Just never been able to maintain a game beyond 3 or 4 sessions.

I can play Monday through Thursday. Fridays and Weekends are unfortunately out. Especially during biking season.

I've played Hero system since the early 80's, mostly Champions. I've picked up and played SAS and M&M lately and been pretty pleased with what they've got.

Looking for fellow players, also been "Championing" since early '80's. I can GM, but do prefer playing. Scheduling is a problem, as I work a 6 day, 2 day off rotating schedule with 3 day weekends back to back every 5 weeks. I would enjoy hearing some of your ideas. Do you know anything about setting up a Play by Email game?

I've been involved in a couple of PBEMs. In fact that's been most of my gaming since I moved to Michigan. Unfortunately, my writing skills are not really up to the task.

It does seem to be difficult to find players in Michigan, or at least the southeastern side of the state. I am over in Flint and there doesn't seem to be anyone here, up in Mt. Pleasant I had no problems finding players.

Im from michigan as well and would love to meet some new gamers that are into Hero. My Issue is that Im from Grand Rapids, but I would be up to driving if we met "infrequently". Say a real long session once a month or something. I also may be able to bring another player or players. Its tough finding Hero gamers on this side of the state as well.:(

Been a while, since I checked my posting. Sorry, just moved, at the library, my home internet isn't up yet. Anyway, I am in the Thumb area (closest "big" city is Pt. Huron). If anyone is interested, or close to the area, please post back.

i know that the artist, storn, is from southfield--he's got a thread on the boards--maybe you can work something out with him....
