Steve,
What happens to the BODY of a power that costs END (such as Aid/Succor 10 BODY, or +10 BODY, Costs END (-1/2) ) after one or more attacks? If the character takes 5 BODY to this effect, does he automatically go back up to +10 BODY the next phase because he's continuing to spend END to power it? Or is the BODY gone for some time period determined in the rules?

When a character activates an Adjustment Power that (a) boosts or increases some expendable Characteristic or Power (such as BODY or STUN) and (b) costs END to maintain, the boost or increase remains in effect as long as the character pays END to maintain the Power. However, if some of the expendable Characteristic or Power is used up (for example, the character takes BODY damage, or expends END), the boost or increase remains at the reduced level — it doesn’t automatically “replenish” up to the first effect rolled.
Example: Kodon the Hunter (BODY 12) has a Succor BODY 4d6 power to represent his greater-than-normal resilience. He activates the power and rolls a 10, thereby adding +5 BODY to himself (giving him BODY 17) for as long as he spends END to maintain the power. He then suffers 3 BODY damage. He now has BODY 14. He remains at BODY 14 as long as he continues to pay END to fuel the Succor; he doesn’t return to BODY 17. When he stops paying END, he returns to BODY 12.
The same would generally apply to a Characteristic-bought-as-Power that costs END; the GM can adjudicate the situation as necessary to maintain game balance.
