Conversion quirk

Now that I've figured out how to convert from Hero Creator to Hero Designer, I've been updating a bunch of con pregens. Somewhere in the conversion process, psych lims that were moderate or strong are getting an upgrade to total.

I can attach a sample (HC 1.9.5, HD 1.23) if it would help.
