Don't know if it's common knowledge or not, or if anyone else had this problem, but --

When you print a character using DefaultPrintTemplate.hde, the black boxes of the headers (which show up nice on the browser) turn into ugly borders around a grey text. By headers I mean CHARACTERISTCS, CHARACTER IMAGE, COMBAT INFORMATION, etc. just so you understand what I mean.

Well, I figured out the solution - In internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> next to the printing box, tick the option "Print Background colors and Images".

Now, the black boxes print out perfectly.

Hope this helps someone.
Roy.

Hi Roy: I actually tweaked the template to always print black on white. That works too. I had the same issue. In fact my post on that is somewhere around here...

I wanted it the other way around if I understand you correctly... I wanted the headers to be white text in black boxes. Like the browser preview. I went through all of your posts to look for your tweak :D

Thanks anyway,
Roy.
