I think I’ve found a few minor mistakes in the DH#7 HEROglyphs article on the Object Creation power. Of course, I could just be misinterpreting something.

First, I can’t figure out how the Active points values were calculated for two of the sample powers.

For Create Walls I get:
Simple Object – 20 points
+4 DEF - +12 points
+4 Body - +12 points
Not sure how to do the increased size.
Method A, +1 inch width (+5 points) and +5 inches length (+25 points) - +30 points
Method B, +11 square inches - +55 Points
Total Method A is 74 points, Method B is 99 points.
The article lists 80 points.

For Replication Module I get:
Extremely Complex Object – 30 points
No Skill required - +20 points
+1 DEF - +3 points
+1 Body - +3 points
Total is 56 points. The article lists 46 points.

Lastly a couple of nit-picky corrections to the power cost summery at the end of the article.

Counting each group of words separated by a semicolon as a line, the third ‘line’ should end: “… an additional +20 Character Points to create extremely complex objects without having an associated Skill” (I added the word extremely).

The very last ‘line’, “+20 Character Points to remove the need to have an appropriate Skill” should be removed as it is redundant and misleading.

I apologize if any of these 'mistakes' are actually my failure to understand something.

I've moved this because it's not really a rules question per se.

The wall is a miscalculation of the DEF/BODY, I started at 1 instead of 2. It should be 74 points.

The replication module just leaves off 10 points somewhere. It should be 56 Active Points.
