If I have a character with an attack power bought with personal immunity, and I have duplication, are the duplicates immune to the power? Does it matter if the duplicates have the altered duplicates advantage at any of the various degreees?

The default answer, to keep things simple, is “no.” However, as noted on 5E 172, the GM can rule that Personal Immunity extends to some “extremely similar” powers, and in many cases I suspect that “identical” powers possessed by Duplicates would qualify.
