Help with Sugestions for my campaign world map

The attached image is a rough sketch of the known world in the setting i am doing to base my games on. the image represents about a third of the planet, the whitish band is the norhten polar circle ( roughly ), the yelowish band represents the Equatorial region.

I am looking for sugestions for names, features, sights, fauna, hidrology, etc. it would be nice to note that there are 4 moons orbiting the planet, one of them has an atmosphere, other is just a ball of ice, the bisggest one is rougly a small planet with rings like saturn, the other is basically moon like.

if a kind soul could make a decent map for me, i would apreciate it as i lack any kind of artistic talent.

Actually I think your map is quite good, does not help you but that is the way it is. I would imagine that your world would be full off storms and hurricanes and tsunamis and such. So most settlements would be around the middle sea and the lands northwest for the inner sea, between the mountains would be a warzone as your world's different people tried to settle there. Travel by sea would be very hazardous.
What kind of people inhabits your world?

still in the middle of the brainstorming, i am strugling with the choice of several fantasy species, or around 4, i want to stay away from the staples of Forgotten Realms with innumerable sentient humanoids of one type or another.

i would think the main races are an Islander type marine/comerce based, a wild/foresty tribal/hunter/gatherer type, a nomadic/desertic/gipsy kind of guys, Humans of course filling many roles but basically having a romish kind of thing going on, a warmongering/fallen from grace kind of race ( Warcraft Orcs/Everquest Iksars). so far thats what i got. still trying to flesh them out.

would it be ok if i repost this thread ( with updates and modifications ) to the Fantasy Hero forum? i fear since i had a focus on getting help doing the map i posted in the wrong forum and so is not getting enough atention. And since i plan on posting my progress/request for help in designing my world/campaign i feel i could post this again in the FH area.

Yes you should. Just post away in the fantasy forum, I have done simmelar things before and there has never been any problem. If the moderators care they probably just shut down this thread here.
