Hello, and thanks for the forum! Your system is great, and I love playing it. I have a few questions for you:

1) Is Find Weakness an attack action, thereby ending your action phase?

2) The martial maneuver Counterstrike says that it must follow a block. Must the block be successful? Must counterstrike immediately follow the block, with no actions taken in between?

Thanks for your help!

1. No. Per 5E 113, it requires a Half Phase Action. A character could Find Weakness and then make an attack that same Phase to exploit that weakness. Or he could Half Move and Find Weakness, Find Weakness twice, and so on.

2. The Block must succeed (per UMA 93), and the Strike must be the character's very next action after the Block. It might not necessarily take place in the same Segment or Phase, but it has to be his next action.
