Coordinated attacks

Hello,

I have characters with 3-pts CSLs with coordinated attacks.

Do CSL apply for all coordinated maneuver, or let say, 3 defined coordinated maneuvers ?
Do CSL apply for DCV ?
Do CSL apply for Damage ?
Do CSL add with other CSL (i.e : 3 CSL with Coordinated and 3 CSL with HtH) ?

A 3-point CSL with Coordinated Attacks could apply to all Coordinated Attacks, regardless of maneuver or power used, with the GM's permission. They would apply for any use for which 3-point Levels can ordinarily be applied. If the character has other Levels he can apply to the attack (e.g., 5-point CSLs with HTH Combat), he can certainly apply those as well.
