Update 1.24 is now available.

Bug Fixes:
<ul><li>Use of Custom Adder in Change Environment throws off cost calculation.</li>
<li>Editing Characteristics in a Compound Power doesn't take if you double click on the ability to open the edit window.</li></ul>
