hi. I'm a veteran second thru forth edition player. Im trying to get use to designer tool and 5th edition in general...

designer generates 2 values on 2 lines...

Physical Defense 3/5
Res. Phys. Defense 0/2

i bought a 15 str, which equates to 3pd. and 2 pts of resistant armor.
i under stand the '3/5'... thats 3 resistant and 5 normal...
but what is the '0/2' on the second line is that hardened/non hardened?

signed... befuddled :)

When you purchased Armor (the Power), you specified that it should add into the secondary total. HD allows you to specify three different totalling options: add to primary, add to secondary, and do not add to totals. It allows you to do this so that you can have Multipower-based defenses appear as a secondary total (or not appear at all in the totals) -- just as an example.

So...

Physical Defense 3/5 -- 3 Physical Defense defined as your primary total, 5 as a secondary total (since the armor adds to secondary)
Res. Phys. Defense 0/2 -- 0 Res. Physical Defense defined as your primary total (Armor is your only resistant defense and is adding into the secondary), 2 Res. Physical Defense as a secondary total.
