Jack, an invisible, superstrong character is the imaginary friend of his Normal Dependant NPC, Jill.
Consequently, we needed to whip up a disadvantage, but I have no Idea which to use to replicate the following effect:
If jill recieves BODY or STUN damage, he automatically recieves the same. If her INT or EGO levels are lowered, his are by the same amount. He is only present in the real world when she is awake. He may never be more than 60 game inches away from her.
I called it a 25 pt physical disadvantage.

It's a Physical Limitation, but the value is going to depend on how often Jill takes damage, how often her not being awake inhibits Jack, how often he needs to go 61"+ away from her and cannot, and so forth. 25 points sounds entirely reasonable to me, but since I haven't played in your campaign, I can't say for sure. ;)
