0-End weapons and super skills

Say I have a weapon.
The weapon has 0-End.

Then I have some super skills.
Do I have to buy the super skills with 0-End?

The END cost for the Super-Skills in DC is listed with the Skill. Remember that naked Advantages tend to be considered separate powers with their own END costs, regardless of the underlying power(s) they apply to.
