FF question

If a FF has taken the protect carried objects adder can the carried make attacks out of it. I see three posible answers

A) Yes he can, it's like a normal FF
B) players choice at character creation (F/x reasoning)
C) No, it takes on certain FW capabilities as far as caried individuals go.

I lean toward B personaly with C as a default...
