LoH Points and belated Gencon post

Hello,

I am just now getting back to normal from GenCon Indy! I know it took me a while to post, but I live in Florida – and we have had a crazy two months!

I ran several slots at GenCon Indy as Hero demo events. I enjoyed running and am sorry I did not get to go out to dinner Sunday night! If anyone here wants to see the adventure I wrote and ran, it is posted in the files section. Feel free to use it elsewhere.

Anyways, I handed my LoH point sheets to Steve, Sunday at the con and was wondering how do I redeem the sheets for points?

I've got your sheets here in my files, Matt. As yet we haven't really come up with a way to properly award points and let vols redeem 'em. Once I get out from under my current major workload (5ER, naturally!), I'll give it some thought.

hmm, I forgot to get the players at game fest to sign off on a LoH form. oh well. next time.

Don't feel bad. I've been running games at Archon (http://www.archonstl.org) and DieCon (http://www.diecon.com) for the past 3 years, normally 3 games at each Con, and I have YET to actually fully fill out a LoH game sheet and send it off to Steve. :stupid:

Someday...(maybe someday), I'll a) Remember to bring the sheets with me and b) remember to take them out for players to fill out and then c) remember to send them off, all in that order. :rolleyes:

Oh, well. Hopefully, the really important part - getting folks out to play and have fun with HERO -is what I really accomplish. Getting something for me out of it has never been a goal of mine. My main motivator in trying to get the sheets filled out was simply to let Steve know that I was actually doing something out here in the vast cornfields of America. Besides sleeping. :)
