Does Normal characteristic Maximum apply to bonus characteristic given by a racial package like say the troll In Turakian AGe he get what is it +25 stregnth does that mean with his base 10 he has a stregnth of 35 without speding more points into it .Or does it mean he has a stregnth of 27 because of a normal char max of 20 on stregnth?
I guess what im really asking is that with the packages it to show that dwarfs are tougher than humans and trolls are stronger so that for a human a Normal char max on stregnth is 20 with 10 being his racial base would say 35 be base for a troll with 45 being his Normal char maximum?
