Display Field in Skill levels

True. That's per the Writers' Guidelines.

On a somewhat related matter, it would be nice if Perks, Talents, and Skills had a "Name" field similar to Powers. In Ninja Hero (and I suspect other books but i haven't checked), there are numerous examples of named Talents ad Skills. I know you can do this if you enter them as Powers, but then they appear in the Powers section of the character. It would be useful if you could name these items and have them appear in their appropriate sections.

This is probably a version 2 thing, but I thought I would raise it now so you can put it on your version 2 possibilities list.

Actually, it's a pretty easy change....the field exists on all dialogs, but it's rendered invisible unless the ability is a Power. I'll just turn off that check.
