UAA isn't required -- that's why there's a special note about the situation under Clinging. Just slap DS on that bad boy and teach your enemies the meaning of the phrase "don't tread on me."
I have a question about a Clinging Damage Shield. Does it get the full benefit of the character's Strength, only the character's casual Strength, or does it have to be bought up from zero?
Exemple:
A 60 STR character buys: Clinging + Damage Shield (15 Active Points)
Is the Clinging "Strength" the full 60, or 30, or zero? To me, 60 seems like a lot of effect for just 15 points.
