Rock Con is NOVEMBER 5-7, 2004

Admission for Rock-Con 2004 is $7.00 for Friday evening, $12 for Saturday and $7.00 for Sunday until 4pm. If you register for the whole weekend at the door, you will pay only $20.00. If you pre-register by October 22nd then the price is $18 for the weekend.
Rock-Con 2004 Game Fair is the Midwest’s premier regional gaming convention. Last year's convention was a resounding success with over 400 attending and hundreds of events. The convention features historical and fantasy miniature gaming, collectible miniatures, role playing, collectible card and board gaming events covering the entire spectrum of adventure gaming.
Rock-Con 2004 will be held at the ISC (Indoor Sports Center) building, located conveniently off of Interstate 90. We have 22,000 sq. ft. of area to use for games and the dealer’s area. There is a full sit-down restaurant/bar overlooking the convention floor. The location is within easy driving distance of many fast food and fine dining restaurants with mainstream and ethnic food choices. There are 7 recommended hotels and inns located within approximately 5 miles of the convention site.

Pulp Heroes of 1938
Pulp-era RPG using Hero System 5th edition
4-6 BEGINNER

Pulp-era RPG using the classic Hero System. The Horn of Africa in 1938 is a dangerous place. You will be part of an archeological expedition to find Holy relics in Italian occupied Ethiopia. This game will be a no-holds barred adventure in the spirit of Indiana Jones or Sky Captain. Characters will be provided. Players should bring paper, pencils, six sided dice and imaginations.

Champions RPG using Hero System 5th edition
4-12 BEGINNER

Superhero RPG using the classic Hero System. A strange alien visitor and an interrupted robbery sets the stage for a superhero vs. supervillian battle. Some role-playing, with lots of combat. If you have played Champions in the past or are new to the game, please join us for this fast paced game. Miniatures and characters will be provided. Players should bring paper, pencils, six sided dice and imaginations.
Both events will have a prize of a Hero Games poster (that you would see at your FLGS)
