TUV includes rules for improved acceleration and deceleration. Are there any rules to simulate decreased acceleration/deceleration? Meaning, how would you decrease the standard 5 inches/phase accel/decel. to 3 inches/phase? The Limited Maneuverability limitation didn't seem to apply.

As always, thanks!

Hmmm, have to save this one for The Ultimate Speedster.

Offhand, I’d say you could do that with a Limitation. Probably say for -1/4 you can reduce the acceleration to 3-4ā€; for -1/2, you can reduce it to 1-2ā€.

However, as always, the value of the Limitation depends on the frequency with which it affects the character. I've been playing this game for over 20 years, and I can't think of a single occasion where a character's or vehicle's rate of acceleration was really important in a battle or the like. In many games, the GM may prefer to reduce the value of this Limitation to -0.
