Can a computer use a characters Foci (assuming the computer is built into the foci (a -0 lim in my games FTR).

Ex: Armored Dude has a computer defined as part of his Armor, can the computer use the powers in the armor (for instance to activate the boot jets to fly are KO'd hero to saftey)

Ultimately, that's up to the GM, based on special effects, common sense, and game balance, but in general yes, assuming the Computer has an appropriate Skill and/or Programs (e.g., Operate Boot-Jets, Fly From Point A To Point B, Hover In Mid-Air, and so forth).
