Update 1.28

Continuing on the stream of rapid updates, update 1.28 is now available.

By far the most "major" change in this build is the way the "cost" is figured when SPD is sold back. Formerly, if you had "fractional SPD" (e.g. a base value of 2.6), you would get points back for the fractional value when you sold off your SPD. So, going from 2.6 SPD to 1 SPD would give you 16 points.

This is no longer the case. Fraction SPD will only come into play when purchasing the next level of SPD from the Base Value. So, if you have 2.6 SPD, it will only cost you 4 points to get to a 3 SPD. If you sell off your SPD to 1, you will get 10 points back.

Apart from that, the bulk of the other changes are focused on the WG.

1. Focus "display" value is now being set properly.

2. Perks are being formatted with a colon and then the descriptor (rather than parens)

3. There are no only 2 spaces after the colon on the Money Disad

4. The Name field has been removed from Modifier dialogs (it's not valid in that context and is ignored)

5. Professional Skill now only has one space after the colon.

Seriously, most of the changes that I make I can manage in very l ittle time. This is part of the reason that I'm so picky about some concepts: I've got a very clean, easy to use architecture right now....I don't want to implement any concept that will muck that up too horribly, particularly if the benefit from that concept is not too great.
