Yes, we'll eventually do The Ultimate Base. ;)

There are no specific restrictions on what Disadvantages, Advantages, or Limitations you can give to a Duplicate or his powers.

If you're referring to Duplication itself, again there aren't many hard-and-fast guidelines. Those that exist are stated in 5E and the Rules FAQ, though I'm always willing to consider adding more if specific valid issues are raised. ;)
