Next Question:
I just found out from a friend of mine that you are not supposed to be able to take both a Focus and a Only in Hero ID limiter on the same power. Why is that?

There's some discussion of this on 5E 197 that you might want to take a look at. Generally speaking, though, taking both often tends to amount to "double dipping," so it's something that should only be allowed with GM's approval.
