Sorry, you are absolutely right. In my defence, I did check the FAQ, but I was looking under 'Reduced Endurance', which also answers questions on 'costs END to activate', so I missed it. Perhaps they could be cross referenced?

There's absolutely no need to apologize. ;) That's just the way it goes sometimes.

Fortunately, 5ER will make all this information easier to reference by (a) including a lot of it in a published book, and (b) consequently cutting the size of the Rules FAQ down considerably. But of course, eventually it will start to grow again....

For example, both the questions you asked earlier today are covered in 5ER, where you could easily find 'em.
