Shouldn't a character be able to use the Summon power in his V.P.P. to summon a Vehicle using the +1 slavishly loyal advantage instead of having to have a 56-point V.P.P. to summon a common car?

If you're referring to a former question, I'm not sure which one.

I've never said that Summoning a car requires a stand-alone VPP. Nor have I ever said that a character with a VPP that allows him to create a Summon power can't use it to Summon a car (assuming that doing so is appropriate for his VPP's special effect).
