Can a character apply the Does Body Advantage to a Stun Drain or Transfer, a Suppress Stun attack, or to any Drain, Transfer, or Suppress power with Variable Effect that includes Stun as one of the elements affected?

As a default, no. What the GM’s willing to allow is, as always, up to him.
