Number of others in usable on others

Ok, my character has powers to give bonuses to party members. In hero designer version 1, I bought this as a power useable ob others, x8 number of others. The increased number of others/mass seems to have gone away in version 2. Where should I look for it, or is that option just gone?

Usable By Other, as the name implies, is usable by one person at a time.

Usable Simultaneously (one of the options in the UBO dialog) is what you're looking for. When you select this option (instead of UBO), you will see the adder which allows you to specify how many multiples you want (default is usable by 2).
