Does Hero (or any players) have any stats for the old D&D Brain Mole, Cerebral Parasite, Intellect Devourer, Mind Flayer, and Thought Eater?

I could stat them out myself, using the Psionic template from MMM, but I was looking to save time if someone had already done so and was willing to share.

I don't think HERO (the company) could do such translations without explicit permission from the other company.

Creatures from Myth and Legend (http://surbrook.devermore.net/adaptionscreatures/creatures.html) from Surbrook's Stuff (http://surbrook.devermore.net/index/) has the Intellect Devourer, at least.

Not for nothing, but with minor changes the Migdalar from Monsters, Minions & Marauders should do the trick.

Somewhere, I've seen a Mind Flayer statted out in Hero... Ah, here it is (http://www.hierax.com/hero/fantasy/grey/monster/illithid.pdf)... Looks incomplete, but at least it's started.

Thanks, I liked the link for Surbrooks Stuff. I ended up using the Beholder write-up.

I believe that Dungeon Hero (http://www.planetx.org/~joed/gaming/dh.html) has stats for some of those brain beasties. Note that the writeups are for 4E HERO, and the author's approach to HEROizing the Level concept is unique.

Hmmm... Lord Liaden, I get an "forbidden access" error when attempting that link.

Me too. I even tried cutting back the link to the main page and still got forbidden. IT'S FORBIDDEN FRUIT! I MUST HAVE IT! :)

Dang! I'm getting the same thing. Never had that happen before. I wonder what that means?

Sorry for the dead end, gang. :o

Should anyone be interested, I've found that classic Dungeon Hero website at its new address:

http://www.planetx.org/%7Ejoed/gaming/dh.html

Even though both the source material (AD&D) and the system conversion (HERO 4E) are dated now, it's an impressive effort and still interesting and useful IMO.
