I like the Bladetheft idea presented in the FH book. I intended something similar to occur when certain powerful beings were killed in my campaign, but I am not certain how to stat it. I realize it would be an AID to any characteristic, with a long fade rate. But my real question is how do you get it to go above the limitation of the dice totaled?
In other words, I forsee certain characters actually gaining power from slaying certain enemies. As I see it, I can either give them a flat XP bonus (which penalizes characters not of that type) or I make the power, but with the limitation on Adjustment powers where it can't go above what you roll, how would I stat that? They say not to use Cumulative, but that seems the most likely advantage.
Thanks!
