What's with all the Heroes around here? There dont seem to be much room for yer average supervillian to manuever. Thats ok thought, cuz i live in the Buffalo area and there aint a thing to stop me there. See, the Heroes all seem to have left the rust belt and Buffalo in particular, following the trend and the money, to better and more notable cities. Thats fine bye me, whats left , and there IS a few things left, is ripe for the taking. The city just HALVED its police force and many other important functions as well, claiming they have no money. I happen to think it may be an organized crime family, or better, finally exerting some control over the politicians and taking the money that they would only waste anyways, but i cant be too sure. As with any depressed economy , your gunna have a feild day if you know how and when to operate. Of course , you may have to compete with others in the business, cuz crime seems to be an occupation that is rapidly expanding here, sure there are lots of private operatives, but why take all the risk and reward for yerself when you could join up with my crew. I will take care of you and i got the tools,time,clout,as well as the history to prove it. Maybe you take a cut, but the jobs i tend to line up are a bit 'easier' than others you might have been canvassing for monthes.Why? Connections and experience.
Anyways, If your looking for work and a little leary of Toronto or NCY for fear that some Xray vision'ed geek is gunna ruin it all in a few seconds, why not come to Buffalo and see what we got going on here. Plus you can check out Niagra falls, Gamble, find a whore,find yer fixes and have a nice tour of a 'BrownOutTown'.Whatever!
