I was curious as to how one gives a cost savings on magic systems built as a Multipower in settings that use the "divide by X" rule. It says in FH something to the effect of dividing the cost of the reserve and then adding the slot costs. Do you further divide the slots? Do you base the slot cost on the lowered reserve cost or on their normal cost?
Thanks!

Build it straight up like normal and divide the reserve cost only.
Reserve: 60 AP
Slot 1: 6U
Slot 2: 6U
Slot 3: 6U
Standard cost: 60 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 78 pts
FH Cost (div 5): 60/5 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 30 pts

What about Elemental Controls? Do they get a cost break, and if so, how do you do it? Just divide their total cost (which seems like what you would do to me) or something else?

Probably shouldn't be purchasing spells through an EC (MPs are more efficient), but if you wanted to all powers should be /5 individually (and the EC reserve).
