Okay, as part of my ongoing "Western Champions Project" I have created a number of horses for the Champions of 1875.
First is the noble beast of the Cavalier. He is by far the best rider in the bunch, as such his horse is by far the best horse of the bunch.
You will notice that Saber does have the fewest inches in running, this is compensated by the high speed (almost double what most of the other horses have)

Actualy it is part of a game I intent to run eventualy, a group of low powered super heroes in the old west. The idea is close to human and an avoidence of overly flashy powers. The Seven members of the Champions of 1875 are as follows:
DEFENDER: He wears a battlesuit powered by steam, He's big, he's bulky, he has a gattling gun on one arm, Steam blasts, a rifle arm, and can move quick...in a strait line
Seeker: A China Man, seeking his son, a master of weird fighting arts (allegadly Kung Fu, but more Wire Fu)
Nighthawk: A Native who has been entrusted to protect his people. He can change into 4 animal forms (Hawk, Coyote, Bear, Mouse)
Dakota Rose: Almost a Jill of all trates, but she is a master of the lasso
Cavalier: A Jack of all trates, slightly better with animals than most things
Lucky Jack: A gunslinger & Gambler, lucky guy
Undertaker: He has returned from the grave to get vengence on the one who killed him, has some undead powers (Regeneration, DR, LS)
