Update 1.31 is now available for download.
Bugs that have been fixed:
AOE (when assigned to a Naked Modifier) now calculates the area based on the "Active Points" entered into the Naked Modifier dialog. It will prepend "up to " onto the area display (frex, "up to 6" radius").
Costs END Only To Activate no longer increased the END total.
Damage Resistance (mental defense) is no longer being totaled into the Mental Defense total during export.
I also tweaked some of the output (again) to continue to move closer to the WG. Primarily in the Talents section.
