Someone check a higher version of HD for me (I'm still using ver 1)
Succor is behaving like an instant power (Specificaly would not let me place continuing charges on it, with out buying constant). It should be a constant (Specificaly it operates as a Suppress in reverse). now this might have got fixed in a higher version, so someone check and post...
