When we see Spidey shoot his webs to grab something (like a falling Aunt May), I would normally treat this as Stretching. We know he can't squeeze someone with his webs, nor can he punch someone at range. He can just grab hold. That's covered with the "Cannot Do Damage" Limitation. However, he also can't push someone away; all he can do is pull them or throw them. Would that, in your opinion, be worth an additional Limitation (maybe -1/4) or not?

Since this is more of a "GM's judgment" sort of thing and not a rules question, and moreover refers to a movie I haven't seen yet (it's in the Netflix queue;)), I've moved it to "Discussion" so anyone who likes can chime in.

For locomotion I'd simpley use the Swinging power.
Grabbing is someone is Streching with the Limited Power Limitation. In this case Usable only with Grabs. Probably about a -1 Limitation.

Now I reckon this one is either a specialised form of TK or swinging useable as an attack, possibly with no conscious control, depending on whether you want to be sure of where Aunt May is going to land....
Stretching fits OK, but frankly the range is rubbish compared to the two suggestions above, so i'd be disinclined to use it.
