I've been trying to create a list of the various PSLs usable with the Block Maneuver and most seem pretty obvious:

Penalty Skill Levels: +2 vs. Blocking For Someone Else (H-5er.385) with Block.
Penalty Skill Levels: +2 vs. Blocking weapons unarmed (H-5er.385) and/or Blocking Longer Weapons (UMA-5e.164; FH-5e.186) with Block.
Penalty Skill Levels: +2 vs. Multiple Blocks (H-5er.385) with Block.
But...

Would a bonus against Autofire HTH Attacks be considered as part of the penalty vs. Multiple Blocks, or would it be offsetting a separate penalty, or would it not be a penalty at all and thus just bought as a regular CSL?

Penalty Skill Levels: +2 vs. Multiple Blocks and/or Autofire HTH Attacks (H-5er.385) with Block (3 points).
Penalty Skill Levels: +2 vs. Autofire HTH Attacks (H-5er.385) with Block (3 points).
+2 OCV with Block vs. Autofire HTH Attack (H-5er.385) (4 points).
Which one is correct?

The text "The penaltydoesn't derive from the number of Autofire shots Blocked, because the character only made one Block roll" explicitly mentions "penalty" so it looks like it can be considered a penalty, which would make sense (and be cheaper than the straight OCV bonus), but it's not really a minus per se so I just wanted to be clear before I go ahead and work up a bunch of manuevers in Hero Designer...

THANKS!

The rules for Blocking Autofire attacks are distinct from the rules for making repeated rolls to block repeated attacks, as noted on 5ER 385. Therefore, PSLs bought to offset the OCV penalty for Blocking multiple attacks wouldn’t apply — that’s not what a character’s doing when he blocks an Autofire attack. Since the rules for Blocking an Autofire attack don’t involve an OCV penalty, a character who wants to be better than normal at Blocking Autofire attacks should buy Combat Skill Levels with Block (and, if appropriate, if they follow the rules for Limiting CSLs, and if the GM approves, Limit them so that they only apply to Blocking Autofire attacks).
