I have seen Mutants and Masterminds book Freedom City.
In it there is a picture of Gamma the Atom Smasher.
But I did a double take because it looks like Monolith.

So is Monolith moonlighting for Green Ronin ?
Have a look at the book and decide for yourself.

LOL. That was funny.

I like Freedom City. It is purdy. :)

I have never played M&M. The book I bought I sold on eBay because the game did not interest me. I did enjoy reading Freedom City though. It has that nice Astro City feel to it that I so enjoyed when San Angelo came out.

While I am a die-hard HERO loyalist, I have to admit that the art which SuperUnicorn produces for M&M is wonderful in all it's full-color. When I saw the picture of Gamma, the Atom Smasher, it reminded me of the Radioactive Man so I clipped it for my avatar. I have this "thing" for unusual looking superheroes. She-Hulk, Thing, Hulk, Ghost Rider, ect. Any character which looks unusual is appealing to me for some reason.

Just to prove that Monolith and Gamma are different, I offer into evidence that Monolith grows to 100' tall. Gamma shoots radiation. All other resemblances are coincidental. :)
