Can a hand-held power defined as an object and bought with the limitation of Physical Manufication be disarmed? I have a mystical villian with a runic knife which is 'atached' to him, and I think he could be disarmed, but he can rearme himself as a 0-phase action.
Can a ranged weapion defined as a Physical Manification and special effected as a demonic imp which flys about and strikes be shot down with another attack power?

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about. I assume you're asking about Physical Manifestation. If that's not correct, please post a follow-up.
As noted on 5ER 302, Physical Manifestation doesn’t mean a character has a Focus. It means his power creates a physical embodiment of some sort that can be attacked and damaged more or less as if it were a Breakable Focus. The classic example is Running bought as “ice slides.” Such a power could be attacked in HTH Combat, or it could be attacked at Range. However, unless the GM rules otherwise, the attack has to be to damage the Manifestation, not to Disarm it or anything like that. Disarming is something characters do to Foci and Foci-like objects; a Physical Manifestation, even though it uses the Focus rules in some respects, isn’t a Focus-like object in that sense.
