OK, I am hitting a brick wall. "nowhere man" is a low level brick who is invisible unless he pays endurance and probably concentrates. He hopes he never gets knocked out while bleeding...
How would the gurus write this up?

Look up Inherent on pg. 165 of 5th Edition.
I think you'd buy it with Reduced END: Zero (+½), Persistent (+½), Inherent (+¼), Always On (-¼).

Invisibility 0 END Persistent Always On
Xd6 Suppress to Invisibility, Self Only (-1)
Inherent won't do, because then it can't be suppressed.

A power with Inherent can be turned off by paying END (as an optional rule).
"At the GM's option, a character with an Inherent Power might be able to turn the Power 'off' temporarily by paying END."

Good.

I may have to give him a cellular phone so friends can find him if he is knocked out. :)
