Status of Hudson City

What is the release status of Hudson City?

I know from previous updates that it has been sent to the printers already, when do you expect to hit the Distributors?

On that point, from earlier postings it's been made known that DOJ has switched printers recently. With the previous printers it was around a week to 10 days for the book to hit the distributors after they got it (at least, that is how I saw it).

Has there been a change to this usual timeline with your current printer and if there has what is the current lead time between receiving and shipping?

I ask this mainly so I know whether to pre-order a book from my prefered source (usually no more than a week ahead of estimated release) or to wait for it to be closer to the actual date of arrival.

While we are working with a couple of new printers, Hudson City hasn't been affected and is still with one of our "older guys." Bluelines have been approved and we're waiting on the physical production of the book, sometime in the next week to ten days. Distributors should have them out on store shelves 5-10 days after that, so I'd expect to hear about the first sightings somewhere in the week of February 7th. Valdorian Age is about ten days behind HC in the production process- we hope to have that one in time for Dundracon, which opens the 18th. dw
