Clairsentience and Teleport FFL

The rules state clearly that Clairsentience can't be used to establish Line of Sight for Teleportation.
Can it be used to study an area for a Floating Fixed Location, or do you still need direct Line of Sight since you're still using it as a Teleport target?

That’s up to the GM, based on the circumstances. In general, I’d say “no,” but I’m sure there are plenty of instances where a character could fix on a unique landmark, or something else that would orient him vis-a-vis a location he does know well, for the GM to justify allowing it.
