Help! I need a gnome!

I've been looking for a 30x30 bitmap of a gnome character that doesn't look, well, queer. I've found lawn gnomes and mushroom-sitting gnomes and fishing gnomes, but no adventure-level gnomes. I really like the one who is in the Races section of the Turakian Age (book isn't with me so forgive me if I'm wrong) with the short, wide beard.

Any help would be appreciated.
