How do you distinguish between a focus that is difficult to replace, if taken or broken, and one that is easy to replace. For example, a power that works with only a specific sword verses one that will work with any sword. Arguably, the first case should result in a greater LIM value. Expendibility doesn't cover it, becuase that only discusses a focus being used up.
