Arrival of the Duplicate

Bonjour,

According to the FAQ, the duplicate can't do anything the segment he is arriving.
Does he arrives at the DEX of the main character ?
If yes, can he be attacked after his arrival ?
If yes, can he abort for a defensive action ?

He arrives when the original character activates the power. This typically occurs on the original character's DEX in one of the original character's Phases, but it doesn't necessarily have to (the original character could Hold his Action, for example).

The Duplicate can be attacked while orienting. He cannot Abort in the Segment when he was created, but can Abort in later Segments before he gets his first Phase.
