Because on this board, only I have the power to answer (bwah hah hah hah hah!!!).

The intent is to keep things clear and simple -- one question, one official answer, that sort of thing. If we let them be normal threads, they would quickly get tangled up in discussion and it might become difficult to sort things out. We have a separate board, "HERO System Discussion," for that. Keeps things easy on us all. ;)
