how do I load multiple templates and prefabs at once?

I've got about a dozen prefabs that I like. I noticed that I can only load one at at time. Is there an easy way to load them all at once? I know that having too many is probably a bad idea but for now I just can't limit myself.

You can't. You select them one at a time through the Load Prefab file dialog.
