Update 1.34 is now available for download.

Bug fixes are pretty nominal:

Requires A Skill Roll is now a bit more "intelligent" about how it assigns/constructs the display....hopefully taking into account any changes to the text that you make at any point in the creation of the modifier.

Damage Resistance no longer adds to your Mental Defense total during export (even if it's in a Compound Power).

Enhancements are a bit more substantial....mainly because I couldn't sleep and got bored ;)

There are a whole slew of new export tags now available. See the update page for the complete listing....

Quick highlights:
Ability to specify the inclusion (conditionally) of any movement power. <i>Including non-combat movement</i>. The only real exception here is Leaping, which I haven't worked out a clean way to handle non-combat movement in conjunction with the possibility of various purchases being upward only or forward only.

New "utility" containers within the MARTIAL_ARTS container. These should please Durnin, as they will allow him to isolate Maneuvers within the MARTIAL_ARTS loop and access their individual components (OCV, DCV, Phase, etc). This should prevent the need for more "cumbersome" logical loops within the export template.

Enjoy!

Another note on this:

There is also an update available for the Default Print Template which utilizes the new movement tags. Just grab the zip file from the export templates free stuff page and unzip it into your Export Templates directory, overwriting the existing file.

I've also modifed my RTF templates (for characters and vehicles; bases and computers don't move :)) and sent them off to Ben, so they should be up shortly.

So...did the new tags/containers make sense?

For movement...yes, they made perfect sense, worked on the first try. Didn't try the martial arts ones.

I just tried the new TAGs for the Martial Arts Maneuvers and they don't seem to be working. I'm getting the TAGs themselves showing up in the exported file.

Can you post the template that you've put the new tags in? I'd like to see how you're formatting them....

I've attached the sample HCS export filter I test changes with.

Ah ha! I found it....pesky little typo was hard to spot (my eyes must be tired).

I'll have it fixed for the next update. If you'd like to get a preview in the meantime, you just need to replicate my typo in your template:

instead of &lt;!--IF_MANEVUER--&gt;, use &lt;!---IF_MANEUVER--&gt;. Note that only the opening tag should be changed....

You'll need to correct this once the next update goes out, but it will work with the current update.

So many beautiful new tags and no metric height/weight :(

Oh well, I guess I'll eagerly wait for a future update.
