Just wanted to drop a 'FYI' that there is a nice program available to convert HTML to PDF, including support for things like page breaks. It is called HTMLDOC (http://www.easysw.com/htmldoc/). I used it alot under UNIX at my old job and it does have a Window w/GUI. It should be able to make some nicely formatted output.
